COVID Safety Measures

Airlines around the world have modified their flight conditions to increase security measures in order to offer a safer flight to both their passengers and their crew.

Before you fly:

Cleaning has been reinforced with specific products at check-in counters and at all points of contact with customers.
Check-in, boarding and all customer service points at airports have been rearranged.
Screens have been placed at check-in counters.
The capacity of the transport buses between the terminal and the plane has been reduced to ensure the maximum possible separation between passengers.

Protection and prevention measures:

In accordance with current regulations to protect the health and that of other passengers, the use of masks that cover the nose and mouth is mandatory when entering the plane and during the flight. If you do not bring it, the airline will be obliged to deny you boarding.
In the process of selecting and assigning seats as well as during boarding, the necessary measures are taken to ensure the maximum possible separation between passengers.
It must be taken into account that if the crew cannot help with hand luggage, it is an additional measure to avoid the risk of contagion and spread.

Adapted onboard service:

Cabin luggage restriction.
On-board service has been simplified. The sale on board and the use of magazines or catalogs have been suppressed.
On short-duration flights there is no food and/or drink service, blankets and pillows.
Disposable materials are used on long-haul flights and all linen on board is sanitized after each use.
Removal of some seats.
